This building was victim to our severe rain that occurred in the spring of 2015. The Community Room is in the basement of the building. Water had flooded the room and caused damage to walls and floors.

Due to the water damage it was necessary to remove all the drywall that was damaged by water. The walls were then dried and new drywall was installed. After the new drywall was installed we installed acoustical wallcovering below the chair rail, new 54” vinyl wallcovering above the chair rail. The chair rail was painted.

The restrooms had the same damage. The drywall was removed and replaced with new drywall. The ceilings, doors and toilet partitions were painted. We then installed a residential 20 ½” vinyl wallcovering to the walls.

Time was of the essence because they had an event planned in just a few short weeks. The room was completed on time much to the relief of the people having the event.
